This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed at vossaire.com. Please read it together with our Returns & Refund Policy. If you have any questions, email care@vossaire.com.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only. At this time we do not offer international shipping and cannot deliver to addresses outside the United States. [confirm] whether we ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses before publishing, and update this section accordingly.

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within [PROCESSING TIME = 1–2 business days] after your order is placed. Processing means the time it takes us to verify, prepare, and pack your order before it is handed to the carrier — it does not include transit time.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Carriers & Delivery Estimates

Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

Order Tracking

When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email to the address on your order that includes a tracking number and a link to track your package with the carrier. Please allow up to 24 hours after you receive the email for tracking information to become active on the carrier's website. If you do not receive a confirmation email, check your spam folder or contact care@vossaire.com.

Address Accuracy — Your Responsibility

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

  • If you notice an error, contact care@vossaire.com as soon as possible. We will try to correct the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or handed off to the carrier.
  • We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or delivered to the wrong place because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping costs may apply.

Undeliverable, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • Undeliverable packages. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (for example, due to an incorrect address or failure to claim), we will reach out to arrange reshipment or a refund of the product price.
  • Lost packages. If tracking shows your package has not moved or appears lost in transit, contact care@vossaire.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier and make it right.
  • Stolen packages / "delivered but not received." If tracking shows delivery but you did not receive your package, please check with household members and neighbors, then contact care@vossaire.com within a reasonable time. We will assist you in working with the carrier. Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address and other factors and is displayed at checkout. Tax rates and taxability are determined by state and local law.

Processing Exceptions (Holidays & High Volume)

Processing and delivery times may be longer than usual during holidays, promotional periods, product launches, high order volume, or carrier disruptions (including weather and other events outside our control). We will do our best to keep you informed and to ship your order as quickly as possible.
