Prep & apply gel

Cleanse, then smooth a thin layer of conductive gel over the area for an even, comfortable glide.

Glide the applicator

Move the warmed applicator in slow, upward strokes for about 15 minutes, staying relaxed throughout.

Finish & hydrate
